Buyers walk the home on their phone, ask in English or Egyptian Arabic, and hear the answer while the home shows it: the sockets light up one by one, the room is measured on the floor, the sea breeze blows through the north windows.

Built from your plans

Each unit type is modelled from your floor plans at their real sizes, lit with baked daylight, and finished in your materials.

Answers from your data

Bedrooms, bathrooms, sockets, AC points, which rooms face the sea, breeze, sun, distances. If the data does not say, the guide says so and never guesses.

A human voice, two languages

English and Egyptian Arabic, spoken and captioned, typed or asked by voice. Arabic reads right to left properly.

Any phone, no app

It opens from a link in WhatsApp or a QR code at the sales centre, and works on a normal phone.
